I build backend systems that move money and hold up.

I am a Java and Spring Boot engineer at Accenture in Pune, working on payments and insurance platforms. For four years I have built the parts of these systems that handle money: batch jobs, ingestion pipelines, Kafka consumers, and the REST APIs that connect them. I like code that fails loudly, recovers cleanly, and stays easy to operate.

What I have built

Apr 2022 to present

Packaged App Development Senior Analyst

Accenture · Pune, India

I work on payments and insurance platforms, building the backend services and data flows that process transactions and keep them auditable.

Accenture ACE Award and multiple client appreciations.

  1. 01

    Month-end batch automation

Automated month-end batch jobs with a Spring Boot scheduler. It sends start and stop emails, posts hourly status, and runs multi-step validation with proper failure handling. That cut 4 to 5 hours of manual work every month.

  2. 02

    Payment ingestion pipeline

Built an automated payment ingestion pipeline. It reads Excel files from AWS S3, validates and transforms them to JSON, inserts to the database, and publishes events to trigger payment creation, with retry APIs for resilience.

  3. 03

    Escheatment extract for EY

Designed an escheatment extract-file process for an external vendor. Field analysis across about 100 fields, an enum-driven transformation layer, pipe-delimited output for single and multi-payee cases, S3 upload, and an API-triggered FTS 2.0 job for end-to-end delivery.

  4. 04

    Faster regression suite

Cut the regression suite run time from about two weeks to 3 to 4 days. I am now migrating it to a lighter Cucumber and Gherkin framework on Java 17.

  5. 05

    Kafka consumers and payment APIs

Built Kafka consumer apps that persist messages to the database, and wired multiple REST APIs for token registration and payment orchestration.
